When I wrote the book, I referenced a number of websites, links to resources that you, the reader, may want to explore for more information. We all know about the fluid nature of the World Wide Web. What's here one day has moved the next. When you are writing a book, this makes the task even more difficult. How can you insure that the sites you referenced months ago are the same today? Answer : You can't. Which brings us back here. On this page, I hope to provide you with up to date links for everything I mention in the book.
