How does one login as Root instead as a User ? What is the password ? I don't use anything in the Book about this. |

Hello brass,
I'm assuming when you refer to the Book, that you mean my book and that you are using the live Knoppix disk that was included.
The quick answer is, "There is no root password". If you need root access, click on the K menu, go up to the KNOPPIX menu, and select root shell from the menu.
