Where has the KBSODG support site gone?
Specifically, the Moving_to_Linux_KBSODG.sxi presentation is nowhere to be found.

I want an up-to-date version of it to use in my class "Moving to Linux".

That was really fast.

Now to the main busines:
- Who is the author?
- What is the copy[right|left]?

I want to:
- fix typos (SLL -> SSL)
- update the info (e.g. Firebird -> Firefox)
- tweak it

So who can give permission & who do I ask about the original intent?
