To keep window use VMWARE player

Get the player for free from here:

http://www.vmware.com/download/player/

Then select a disc image from here:

http://www.vmware.com/vmtn/appliances/directory/

The benifit of doing it this way is you don't have to change your install and you can experiment with different flavors of linux and BSD without a lot of commitment. I recomend you have at least 512 meg of ram (1GB perfered). Also you don't see what you want there just google vmware images and you'll find more. If you really want to use the exact image you download for knoppix you could try Live View @

Happy Virtual Computing!
